PENGARUH BISNIS KELUARGA TERHADAP MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA

The family business is something interesting to study, this is due to the large number of stock thefts that often occur in family businesses. The research objective to be achieved is to determine the effect of uncollectible external business acquisitions on company profitability. The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of family businesses so that they can take the positive essence and eliminate the negative sides so that they can be utilized to develop their influence on human resource management and the performance of the individual human resources themselves. The conclusions from this research are: 1) In family business companies human resource management functions as personnel only and is only considered 'clerk' and administrative employees, 2) Recruitment of employees is handled according to the wishes of the 'owner' and does not use psychologists or HR experts adequate, and 3) Information from the Board of Directors and managers shows that the company's performance has decreased in the last two years.
