The Amanah Pesahangan Clinic is a health service provider for all the people of Pesahangan Village and its surroundings, where the information management system that is implemented is still done manually. To improve performance and ease in managing medical record services, an application is proposed that can improve and facilitate service delivery. The system development method used to build the Medical Record Application is the waterfall method and modeling tools with UML (Unified Modeling Language) as well as supporting software to support the development of this system with the Dephi 7 programming language and MySql database tools. The medical record application in the clinic was built in order to facilitate the processing of patient administration data, manage medical record data, manage drug data, manage doctors' practice schedules, search patient data, and generate reports.
